At Redi-Thotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our orthotics do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Package Your Items
Place the orthotics in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
